1. Description of Service

Cloud 649 provides lottery number prediction analysis for the Canadian Lotto 6/49 game. Our service uses statistical pattern analysis to generate number predictions for entertainment and informational purposes.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account ID and Access Code
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your login credentials with others
• Accounts are limited to 2 concurrent device sessions

3. Purchases and Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
• Access codes are delivered via SMS to the phone number provided
• Credit-based purchases (Sampler, Standard Pack, Premium Pack) do not expire
• Subscription purchases (Monthly, Annual) are valid for the subscription period

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• For credit-based purchases (Sampler, Packs): No prediction credits may have been redeemed
• For subscriptions (Monthly, Annual): No predictions may have been viewed
• Once any prediction content has been accessed, no refund will be issued
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Contact support@cloud649.ca to request a refund

5. Subscription Cancellation

For Monthly and Annual subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@cloud649.ca
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period
• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• After cancellation, your access code will no longer work once the period expires

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or login credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our prediction algorithms
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

7. Prohibition on Redistribution of Predictions

Our predictions are proprietary content licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Resell or commercialize: Sell, license, or offer our predictions to any third party, whether for profit or any other form of compensation
• Redistribute freely: Share, post, publish, or distribute our predictions on any website, social media platform, forum, messaging app, or any other medium—whether for free or for payment
• Create derivative services: Use our predictions as the basis for your own prediction service, tipster service, lottery pool, syndicate offering, or similar venture
• Screenshot or copy: Capture, copy, or reproduce our prediction content for the purpose of sharing with non-subscribers
• Group sharing: Purchase a single subscription or access code with the intent of sharing predictions among multiple individuals who have not purchased their own access

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund, and 10015075 Canada Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages, including lost revenue and legal fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Cloud 649—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software—are the exclusive property of 10015075 Canada Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• Predictions will result in lottery wins
• The service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability
